The experience didn't begin well, as the crew wasn't given all the proper information in preparation for the job, they didn't know the extent of the full job and they didn't have the proper materials and equipment to complete once they arrived on site. The installation crew of Greg (Purtell), Eli and Kyle did an incredible job. They adapted, overcame issues, took pride in doing an excellent job and also extended tremendous compassion and understanding to the homeowner. Even though they had so much against them from the start they kept a positive attitude and just worked as hard as they could to get things done. They were here from 9:30AM - 7:30PM to ensure the job was completed and everything was running properly. People like these 3 individuals are why I choose to do business with KMA.
