I have to say I have had tons of technicians out to my house over the years for various HVAC, electrical and other services. None of them compare to the amazing support and service I received from Bob at Kool Temp this morning. He was kind, courteous and informed. He didn't try to sell me anything and was concerned solely with ensuring my system was functioning at the highest level. I will continue to work with Kool Temp as long as they continue to employ guys like Bob.
