Our geothermal unit went out overnight and they serviced it the same day I called! Ryan was great to answer all my questions while he was taking care of our AC outage. We decided to take advantage of their annual service plan to better take care our our geothermal investment. Now we're not likely to need repairs we will be proactive in preventing problems instead. Let me add that I left messages with 5 geothermal HVAC service companies when our unit stopped working and several didn't even bother to return my call. I highly recommend these guys for their professionalism, responsiveness, and fair pricing. Bonus: they sent a text letting me know when Ryan was on his way to my house.
