Ryan was new to our home and heat pump. Our only regret is that we did not receive any written or verbal report on our unit's performance. My husband and I were not at the house when Ryan finished his maintenance so I kind of expected that we would receive something in writing. We still highly recommend Rory, Mindy and the rest of the Krueger team!
