I have used KS for about 3 years now. My existing system was crap and I went with them after hearing their spot on a radio program I listen to because I had no others hat I knew. They totally blew my expectations away. In fact I have their service plan on my equipment now and they come out twice a year to inspect/ service the A/C and the Furnace. Preventative maintenance is the key to cold air and long life and they do a great job. I have high expectations and can be hard to deal with but KS has exceeded my expectations for over three years now
