Jason was personable and through in his maintenance of both furnace tune-up and water heater tune-up. Noted that the filter also needed to be changed in the humidifier unit portion. Scheduled from coupons offered for these services. Reasonably priced, looking forward to using LCM again in the future.

It was Great to work with Lake County Mechanical. Our installer was Jason who brought his knowledge and expertise to our home. Not only was he professional but was friendly. Jason is the type of individual that you would like to invite to dinner. The owner (Shaun) actually took time to stop by to be sure I was satisfied. I have worked with others from LCM and I have never met anyone that did not have the same knowledge and professionalism as the owner. If you have a chance to meet the owner as I did, you will understand why Customer Service is truly #1. I definitely want to thank Jason for being a true professional and a likeable and friendly individual. PS Melissa who takes your call and point person regarding setting up appointments etc. was Marvelous. She called 20 minutes before Jason was to arrive and kept me in the loop with every touch point regarding the install. Thumbs up to all involved at Lake County Mechanical.

Jason did a GREAT job on installing our furnace and air purifier. He explained the process from beginning to end. He arrived on time, wore shoe protectors and used floor covering to protect our new carpeting. He also took the time to answer all my questions, and show me how to change the filters. Jason went over and beyond with his EXCELLENT customer service skills. I will certainly be using Lake County Mechanical again!
