I did a half install on a Carrier 96% Two-Stage Gas Furnace. This install included a SMA agreement and a 10 yrs parts warranty.
I performed a half install on a Five Star Air Conditioner with a offered one year Scheduled Maintenance Agreement.
I completed a diagnostic. I checked charge on system, pressures well within range, customer had changed filter 3 days prior with first error, system seems to be operating well, system most likely was having issues from low fan speed and dirty filter. Made some adjustments in thermostat for customer. System operating as intended upon departure.
