"I'm at this customer's home in Pickerington to check out his non-working Carrier furnace.
I completed a diagnostic on a air conditioner that would not cool the home down past 75 degrees. Upon arrival I discovered that the delta T was only 2 degrees. Added 4.5 pounds of refrigerant but the system had a big leak somewhere. Because of the age of the unit I recommended the customer replacing the system but as of now it was cooling the home just not efficiently, Sent the customer an estimate s othey can keep it in mind.
I did a half install on a Carrier 96% Two-Stage Gas Furnace. This install included a SMA agreement and a 10 yrs parts warranty.
I provided an estimate on a Five Star 96% Variable-Speed Two-Stage Gas Furnace and a Five Star 19 SEER 3 Ton Variable Speed Air Conditioner.
I completed a diagnostic call on a air conditioner that was not working. Upon arrival I discovered that the fan motor was not working efficiently and the part needed to be replaced. The system was not working at the time of departure.
I completed a diagnostic on a gas furnace. Customer noticed a weird smell coming through the vents, I realized when I got there that there was a chipmunk dead behind the furnace. Customer removed the aminol and it will just take time for the smell to work its way out of the home. Furnace was working at the time of departure.
Upon arrival I did a callback install on a Carrier Air Conditioner. Customer informed me that the air conditioner was not turning on and that there was water leaking from the furnace. I discovered that the system was low on refrigerant which told me that there was a leak. I added 1.5 pounds of refrigerant but informed customer that I would have to return tomorrow with a field supervisor to do a more extensive leak search.
Upon arrival I replaced a OEM Evaporator Coil that included a Pump Down, Vacuum and Biflo Line Drier. System was cooling as intended at the time of departure.
