Working on the customer's Frigidaire. Found a refrigerant leak, replace a seal, good as new.
"I'm at this customer's home in Pickerington to check out his non-working Carrier furnace.
I completed a diagnostic on a air conditioner that would not cool the home down past 75 degrees. Upon arrival I discovered that the delta T was only 2 degrees. Added 4.5 pounds of refrigerant but the system had a big leak somewhere. Because of the age of the unit I recommended the customer replacing the system but as of now it was cooling the home just not efficiently, Sent the customer an estimate s othey can keep it in mind.
Upon arrival I replaced a OEM Evaporator Coil that included a Pump Down, Vacuum and Biflo Line Drier. System was cooling as intended at the time of departure.
I completed a real estate inspection on an air conditioner. I visually inspected the unit. The blower wheel was dusty, checked the air return filter and it was dirty and needed replaced. Also discovered that the system was low on charge. I also performed a inspection on the gas furnace and discovered that the heat exchanger had a bit of carbon build up and the humidifier pad needs replaced. Informed customer of all of these things but over all the systems were working at the time of departure.
I performed a diagnostic service call on a unit that was blowing out cold air. upon arrival I discovered that the outdoor fan was running but the compressor was not coming on, there was a bad cap. I replaced the cap and the unit was working as intended at the time of departure.
Upon arrival customer close to get a new unit instead of replacing a part.
Upon arrival I installed a Surge Protector. Unit was operational at the time of departure.
Upon my arrival to customers house I replaced the blower motor, gas valve and the main circuit board. I also discovered a leak on the unit so i repaired that while I was on the job. system was operational at the time of departure.
I performed a diagnostic service call on a unit that had water leaking from the furnace. Upon arrival I discovered that there was a clogged condensation trap. I removed the trap and cleaned it, system was operational at the time of departure.
I performed a half install on a Carrier Gas Furnace. This install included a new furnace, thermostat, required venting, required electrical, required gas piping, required duct adjustment and the removal of old equipment and also a 1 year Scheduled Maintenance Agreement.
