Found contactor to be making very loud buzzing noise. Found contactor to be bad. Replaced contactor and noise went away. Cleaned condenser coil. Checked refrigerant levels, found refrigerant to be slightly low. Recharged system. Everything was working well after all corrections. Recommend keeping air filter and condensing unit coil clean.
Customers complaint was some rooms were not getting proper airflow. Customer had new furnace and a/c installed recently. They removed two systems and combined into 1 systems. With the current set up duct work isn’t set up very well causing poor airflow through some zones and causing some air blow by on basement zone. Recommend trying to block some vents in basement to allow more airflow upstairs.
Replaced dual run capacitor The part was under manufacturers parts warranty
Found nest thermostat to be having power issues. Found power switch to furnace to be turned off. Found red wire in thermostat to not be pushed in far enough. After correcting those 2 things A/C turned on and was working. If issue persists with power issues recommend installing a Honeywell non WiFi or Honeywell wifi with module to prevent power issues.
Found system dirty and low on refrigerant Cleaned air conditioner Charged system
Signed customer up for membership. Performed membership visit. Pulled hail guards and cleaned condenser coil. Checked electrical components, air temperature differential of air entering and leaving condenser, checked refrigerant levels. Everything checked out good. Recommend opening up volume dampers to try and get more airflow out of system. Recommend keeping air filter clean.
Found condenser coil to be very dirty restricting air entering condensing unit. Cleaned condenser with water and micro channel coil cleaner. Found system a little low on refrigerant. Added 1lb R410A refrigerant. Recommend keeping air filter and condensing unit clean. KMS duct cleaning (612)824-0088

Installed New Bryant Preferred Series 96% Efficient furnace and 4 inch filter system. Installed new Ecobee thermostat.
Installed a new Honeywell VisionPro 9000 and wire saver for a Heil Furnace in Eagan. Also Re-insulated refrigerant lines for Heil Condensing Unit
Found circuit board to be bad in furnace. Replaced circuit board. Tested furnace and everything checked out good. Cycled furnace multiple times to ensure there were no other issues with furnace. Furnace was turning on and off as it should. Changed air filter. Recommend changing air filter monthly.
