This is a five-star company, and now I know why. Charlie quickly diagnosed our AC problem, fixed it without pressure to replace an aging system, and cleaned out the AC with a hose. So happy!

Outstanding Service

I called LaSalle to come take a look at my A/C because it wasn’t cooling the house enough with the warm temps outside. Max was EXTREMELY helpful and very friendly. He explained everything he was doing and provided me with the info I needed to better understand the problem and the solutions for it. I even got a free quote from him for another project I’m looking at doing in the house while he was there. I’d highly recommend going with LaSalle! Excellent customer service all around.

Prompt service

Charlie Was able to get my ac up and running after waiting a week for centerpoint energy to come out. With family and my 96 year old mother at my house I did not want to put her thru another sweltering night. I’m very appreciative of the quick response and service, thank you!

Great friendly, knowledgeable service!

Charlie diagnosed my high humidity issue in the summer. He made numerous adjustments to my furnace after verifying my HVC components. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he did in language easy to understand Price was right, too! I just found my go-to HVAC company!

AC Repair

Max was great. Received a text shortly before arriving with a picture. After doing some troubleshooting, Max found a shorted wire and was able to correct the issue to get some much needed AC! Would surely recommend Max and LaSalle to others.

Signed customer up for gold membership plan. Performed gold membership furnace tune up. Found furnace to be on and functioning when I arrived. Performed combustion analysis on furnace, furnace passed in all fields. Found signs of water under neath furnace. Found furnace drain trap to be restricted causing water to not drain properly. Found drain line exiting furnace to floor drain to be clogged. Cleared drain trap and drain line. Recommend checking underneath furnace after a day or 2 of running furnace to make sure water is drying, if not recommend calling us back to find where water is coming from. Checked electrical components, checked amp draws of fan motor and exhaust motor, checked temp rise, checked for proper staging of furnace, checked safeties in furnace for proper operation, checked flame sensor signal, found low flame signal. Cleaned flame sensor to proper reading. Everything else checked out good. Found furnace to have ECM blower motor, recommend leaving fan set to on posit

Found fan motor and compressor not running when I arrived. Found capacitor to be bad. Replaced capacitor and all components turned on and were functioning. Cleaned condenser coil. Checked refrigerant levels, refrigerant checked donut good. Compressor is getting weak in unit. No data left on unit but a/c is at least 25 years old. Recommend replacing a/c system soon.
