Found fan motor not working when I arrived. Found capacitor to be bad. Replaced capacitor and all components turned on and were functioning. Checked refrigerant levels, refrigerant checked out good. May potentially have issue with fan motor in near future from unit trying to run with bad capacitor. Fan motor was working properly when I left. Recommend changing air filter and keeping air filter clean.
Found Air conditioner dual run capacitor failing replaced capacitor
Performed a/c membership visit. Found condensing unit to be getting slightly restricted with cotton. Cleaned condenser coils. Turned unit on. Checked refrigerant levels, found system a little low on refrigerant. Added 1 lb R410A refrigerant to system. Checked electrical components, checked amp draw of fan motor and compressor, checked air temp entering and leaving condenser. Everything checked out good. Recommend keeping air filter clean.
