Went for a maintenance call today. When testing for cool. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications. Temp split is passing for system. Refrigerant levels is within range. Did clean condenser unit. Did notice rust in coil did notify customer and will keep any eye out when doing check ups. As well blower wheel did have dust and debris and will recommend a cleaning.System is up and running before leaving for cooling. When doing inspection for heat. Did a co test and within range. No cracks on heat exchanger but does have some heat stress spots. All electrical components are passing for system. Did clean flame sensor. System is also running for heat before leaving.
