Went in for a service call today. After hooking up the gauges I noticed that the suction side was low and that the discharge side was high. So I perceived that there was a restriction in the system. So I replaced the filter dryer inside the ac unit and cleaned the piston metering device. After refilling the system with refrigerant the system passed on superheat.
