Ben did an excellent job of explaining my HVAC system to me and made some adjustments to it that will help it be more efficient and reduce the risk of issues in the future. He also taught me what I can do to maintain it in between annual maintenance inspections. We opted to install the germicidal UV light to eliminate and prevent mold that had begun to grow and he was able to install it during the same visit. He was very polite, professional, and thorough.

2nd pm on cool club. cleaned treated and flushed drain line, treated evaporator and pan, wiped inside of cabinet clean, checked temperature split, checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. replaced dual cap and contactor. rinsed condenser clean. system fully operational and running smoothly

No cool service call, t-stat blank. found plug loose on board, checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. charged loops, added 410a refrigerant to system. system fully operational
