Ben was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. he even asked me if there was anything else he could do to help me since I had just recently had surgery. he explained everything very thoroughly so that I could understand exactly what he was doing to my system. if he were my employee, I would definitely give him a raise! he deserves it.

No cool service call 2015 Goodman gas electric, reset wet switch. Tightened all connections. Checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. Vacuumed drain line clean. Corrected charge with 410a
No cool service call, found compressor not running. Tested and replaced 45/5 dual cap. Contactor is pitted and chattering. Recommend replacing. System fully operational
Found drain line impacted and backed up. Blew drain line clear, vacuumed and flushed. Treated & rinsed. Testing operation of system Found ecm motor kicking off and on then eventually stopping all together.
No cool service call, found evaporator impacted recommend cleaning, compressor not running tested and replaced dual cap. Found dye in system. Recommend cool club for annual maintenance and cleaning. System fully operational
