Royal Vannatta came quickly after we called about an issue with our heating system. The temperature is going to be 19 over night! Royal immediately set to work to diagnose the problem and he stayed at it until he came up with the solution. He immediately got on the phone to the supplier to get the part in as soon as possible. Until the part comes in Royal went above and beyond to make sure we had heat for the coming cold wave. Royal definitely gets a double thumbs up from me!!!
