Royal Vannatta came quickly after we called about an issue with our heating system. The temperature is going to be 19 over night! Royal immediately set to work to diagnose the problem and he stayed at it until he came up with the solution. He immediately got on the phone to the supplier to get the part in as soon as possible. Until the part comes in Royal went above and beyond to make sure we had heat for the coming cold wave. Royal definitely gets a double thumbs up from me!!!

Completed hvac tune up service by Blake Gillis
Found drain line impacted and backed up. Blew drain line clear, vacuumed and flushed. Treated & rinsed. Testing operation of system Found ecm motor kicking off and on then eventually stopping all together.
No cool service call, found evaporator impacted recommend cleaning, compressor not running tested and replaced dual cap. Found dye in system. Recommend cool club for annual maintenance and cleaning. System fully operational

ACTU on prepaid mailer, 2019 Goodman heat pump, cleaned drain line, checked temperature split, checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. System fully operational and no problem found. Recommend cool club for annual maintenance and cleaning.
