Heating & Cooling System Preventative maintenance completed by Bradley on 04/02/25
2nd pm on cool club. cleaned treated and flushed drain line, charged loops, glued insulation back inside cabinet, checked start components. found biological growth on blower wheel, evaporator extremely rusted at pan. system fully operational
2 system PM. cleaned treated and flushed drain lines, checked temperature split and charge, checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. replaced upstairs 35/5 almost completely flat. unit would have went down at any time. Downstairs system is fully operational no problem found. upstairs system AHU needs to be replaced.
1st pm on both upstairs and downstairs system, cleaned drain dialed in charge. Both systems are fully operational and running properly.
