My family and I recently subscribed to Lee's service membership and just had our winter 'tune-up' of our furnaces. Ernesto is a very thorough technician and took the time to explain the service as well as some of the deficiencies he noticed along the way. I shared an issue we were experiencing and he quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part in his service vehicle, and was able to make the repair right there on the spot.
