Aaron performed the service required for the first time since purchasing. He was very thoughtful when entering our home by covering his shoes as not to track the outside inside. I found him to be knowledgeable in helping me set additional controls on my remote as well as pointing out features I’d missed. He was very personable and easy to talk to. Completed his assessment and shared his findings. He provided me with information to keep the system running in perfect condition. Upon leaving promised to send information on cost of service once out of warranty and I’ve received it.
