The Technician, Andrew Young, was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. He was also very patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain some of the symptoms that were occurring within my unit, what those symptoms meant, and what resolutions were available. My dog liked him, too! Overall, an excellent service experience.
