I completed diagnostics and found the system has a broken low voltage wire above finished ceiling in basement. I explained at this time I am unable to run to wire without causing extensive drywall damage. The office will call for senior tech to return. The system is not cooling, blower motor is operational.
Upon arrival I completed a Half Install of a Annual Spring Air Conditioner Sale Five Star 16 SEER Air Conditioner System Complete (Up to 3 Ton). The system is operational upon departure.
I completed diagnostics and found the system coil is not blocked. The filter is clean and the system is low on charge. I added .5 # of R410a, The system is cooling on departure.

I completed the diagnostics and found the system was operational but not rejecting much heat. the system is approximately 2 pounds low on r22 refrigerant. I quoted top off and it was authorized and performed. Everything was operational when leaving.
I arrived to perform a diagnostic on an air conditioner. Upon inspection, I found system was off. I replaced furnace filter with customers own. I called for cooling, found R-22 pressures low. I then explained repair/ replace options. Customer opted to A/C replace Monday.
