Upon arrival I gave the customer a quote on a Full Install.
Upon arrival I completed a Full Install of a Five Star 80% Gas Furnace (Up to 100,000 BTU) Honeywell T6 Programmable Thermostat/Emerson 1F85U Five Star 13 SEER Air Conditioner. The system is operational upon departure.
Upon arrival the customer stated that system would struggle to keep up and that unit would freeze. I confirms that system is has a refrigerant leak and and explained all repair vs replacement options with customer. The customer would like to just look into replacement at this time. The estimate has been sent. The customer would like to discuss with father before making decision on how to proceed, no repairs have been made at this time. The system is off at thermostat upon departure
I completed the diagnostics and found condenser compressor shorted to ground. I explained repair/ replacement options with customer. The customer going to decide later.

This service call was not completed due to the condition of the home.
I completed diagnostics and found the system very low on R-22 charge. I explained the repair/ replace options. The customer wants to get other estimates
I completed a Full Install of a Five Star 96% Variable-Speed Two-Stage Gas Furnace (Up to 100,000 BTU) Honeywell T6 Programmable Thermostat/Emerson 1F85U Five Star 17 SEER Two-Stage Air Conditioner (Up to 3 ton) The system is operational upon departure.
I completed diagnostics and found the condenser coil 100% blocked, I cleaned it off with the hose. I found filter 100% blocked, replaced with new one that was next to furnace. After correcting the air flow. I was able to determine system was low on Freon and explained it to the landlord. The landlord gave me permission to add R-22, I added 1 # and uploaded before and after pressures. the system is cooling with in manufacturing specifications at this time.
I completed diagnostics and found system has leak. I explained repair/ replace options. The customer opted to replaced AC on Monday
