I completed diagnostics and found the condenser fan motor failed. I explained repair / replacement options with customer. The customer opted to replace the condenser fan motor. I replaced motor and capacitor. The system is now operational. I found R22 pressures low which indicates there is a leak in the system. The customer gave me permission to add the R22 until proper pressures. The system is cooling on departure.

I completed Scheduled Maintenance Agreement Update for Customer that came with recent Installation of Carrier 16 SEER 3.5 Ton Air Conditioner.
I installed a Five Star 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 14", and a Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. These new systems replaced the existing TRANE gas furnace and air conditioner.
I installed a Carrier 96% 60,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner.
I found a the whole burner area was burned black due to improper combustion. I performed a combustion analysis and found over 4,000 ppm of CO in the flue. I told customer furnace needed to remain shut off until this system was repaired or replaced. Customer decided to replace furnace.
