Ronnie was straight forward with his comments and recommendations. He did not mess around and went directly to work. Any and all questions that I had he answered to and made sure I understood before leaving. I know, everything that everyone is supposed to do but he went a little above the normal expectations. Great job for the professionalism and ease of work. Also, loved the promotion they offered.
