My original service call appointment was set for Monday which is after July 4th holiday! Matt called and stated he could come out earlier. My A/C concern was not dire or urgent;however, I am glad he came out because my unit was losing pressure unbeknownst to me. Matt explained the problem and even took pictures, videos of what was occurring with my unit. Thank you Matt. Your professional opinion is greatly appreciated because we live in hot TX. Had you not come out the unit pressure may have been lowered as we were entering a holiday break.
