Our 20-year old furnace died on New Years Day and needed to be replaced in a hurry. Rick and his team did an outstanding job: they came over and provided a very cost-effective estimate the day after I contacted them and installed the furnace on a Saturday, only 2 days after I received the estimate. The Malibu crew did a very professional job: they arrived on time and cleaned up the inevitable debris after they were done. The new furnace is quieter and more efficient than the previous one. Highly recommended!

The installers were professional and did an outstanding job going above and beyond expectations. I was looking to install a Mitsubishi HVAC system in my two-story townhome (which was built in 1997 and did not have A/C, only wall heaters). After the site survey they came up with a rather creative solution that uses a ducted-ductless unit for the top floor, and a floor unit for the bottom floor, all connected to a single outdoor condenser. They also assisted me with the HOA approval process by dispatching their lead installer Matt onsite to meet with HOA members and answer questions. When it comes to the actual installation, because new line sets, air ducts and outlets need to be installed, I was worried that it might make a mess and make my home look like a construction site, but I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the crew. They cleaned everything up at the end of each day they were at my home. The only thing I could notice after they wrap up each day was just a little bit of dust here and there, and that was it! There was a tiny problem after the installation (due to a dip switch being in the wrong position), and Matt came right back the next day to troubleshoot the problem and had it resolved. Overall the service offered by Malibu is really convenient and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to upgrade or install an HVAC system.

I contacted Malibu to check out my rental property’s HVAC system. They were very responsive, on time, and thorough. After initial review, they actually found a possible solution to why my AC wasn’t working without replacing the whole system. They could have easily said I needed to replace the whole system, but they were transparent and trustworthy. Malibu came back out, tried the the minor fix and it ended up working. I’ll be replacing my system with them because of their professionalism, trustworthiness and overall grade A service. Thanks Malibu!

We needed a well overdue upgrade to our HVAC system and are very pleased with the work and customer service provided by Malibu Heating & Air. They were very quick to respond to our quote request and extremely active in communicating and creating a project plan within our budget. They took the time to come by several times to give us their professional advice while still making sure our requests were met. The workers were clean polite and quick. We have bought Day and Night unit in the past and are very happy with their performance. Our old system was loud and expensive to use. We went with the 16 seer unit very quiet and the house is nice and cool. I would recommend Malibu Heating and Air
