If you could add a alert on your office computer to let staff know when they are dealing with a customer who has a servce contract. I had to wait almost 3 weeks with no heat and purchase space heaters for heat till you could come out. I told them I had a services contract but i dont think it mattered. Steve always does a good job of starting my furnace and putting up my swamp cooler.
