We installed a new AC from Martino in October 2020, so the summer of 2021 is the first time it is really being used. It stopped, iced up. In mini panic we called Martino. The technician Dave was courteous and put us at rest and simply fixed it by replacing the filter. Lesson learnt. Thanks for being patient, compassionate and helpful Dave. He also topped up the freeze coolant. Awesome.
