Andrew Borthwick attended a service call for our HRV unit. After inspecting the unit he discovered the control panel was faulty and replaced it quickly. He was professional and polite. He also gave me advice on my humidifier as he was working and noticed an issue. He clearly went above and beyond. Very happy with the service.
