Top notch service!

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mitch and Jalil from Mason Air for their exceptional service. They visited my residence to remove and replace moldy insulation and ducting, and install a UV light to prevent future mold growth in my air handler closet. Upon arrival, they promptly assessed the situation, identifying the locations of my units and access areas, and developed a strategic plan to complete the necessary work. After assessing the situation, they efficiently set up and began working on the tasks at hand. Throughout the process, they kept me informed, notifying me when the air would be turned off and explaining each step they were taking. Both Mitch and Jalil demonstrated respect and courtesy, seeking permission before performing any tasks and even asking if they could use my trash cans before disposing of any materials. Upon completion of the job, Mitch took the time to explain the UV light installation and demonstrate its functionality, while also showing me the equipment they had cleaned and replaced. They ensured a thorough cleanup, preventing any unnecessary messes. Mitch and Jalil then secured all areas and expressed gratitude for my hospitality. I will undoubtedly utilize their services again for any future air conditioning needs.

Filter installation

Aaron took care of the larger filter installation in no time. He also cleaned the A Frame just to make sure there wasn’t any debris. He called upon completion to explain everything. Great guy!

AC not working

No he didn’t know what the problem was !!!

He claimed to have over 20 years experience and AC work but gave me a wrong diagnostic on my AC unit saying that it had a leak and I needed Freon and a leak detection oil which would have cost me over $700 !!! When in fact, it was never that !! he never checked the Duck work in the garage, which had came loose and needed to be replaced so that I wouldn’t be sucking in hot air from the garage once that was fixed. My house is ice cold. I always believe that if you are in business and can’t figure something out at least be honest.

Arrived to find tenets stating mini splits just stopped working. Found bad boards to system and mini splits not communicating. Systems have power but not running. Can not get parts for these off brand systems they are (eBay bought) recommend replacement with branded mini splits for long lasting life span

Arrived to find system in off position Found indoor fan operation but no compressor Secondary pan was filled with water causing compressor to be tripped. Cleared and treated drain line and advised client system is extremely dirty and this is a band aid solution. Client agreed and wanted to replace system. Came out because customer wanted us to disconnect his dehumidistat from the thermostat upon arrival found dehumidistat being jumped by the red wire at the thermostat, took away the jump and got the machine running without the humidistat machine is cooling correctly before leaving

Arrived to find mismatched system Client has a Goodman 410a straight ac condenser paired with a r22 air handler. Client has a r410a Goodman air handler they wish us to install. Also on property clients were having issues with another apt not cooling well. Investigated to find duct board distribution chamber completely compromised and ventilation is more in attic space rather than home. In order to replace this they would need to remove Sheetrock and I suggested to abandon the box and install all new supply air grills, boot boxes and flex duct to locations in home for better comfort and efficiency. Sent all estimates to be viewed by owners

Came out for thermostat, not coming on upon arrival found all the voltage working at the air handler. After checking over everything in the air handler went to the thermostat found the thermostat was not getting 24 V from red to common changed out the wires of red in common at the thermostat to the air handler from red to blue to purple to gray and now the machine is working operating correctly.

Performed quality check System is cleaned secondary drain pan is clean Reasoning the pan had insulation in it and all around and on system is because installers insulated the entire garage along with the house. Made client aware I only quoted the home not garage so he actually got more than he payed for. Client is happy with cleaners and myself

Came out because customer had their maintenance guy from the condo complex come over and look at their unit. They said that the customer had a leaking pan under the coil when I got there. I found unit leaking water under the machine the cost to repair that is not worth it with the age being 17 years old Recommended the customer replaces the machine need to get with the owner of the complex in the morning to see about if we’re gonna need a lift and when we can get this done also the homeowner needs to be able to get one of the rooms freed up so we can see the breaker box
