Our technician, C.J. Roe, arrived promptly and installed our new hot water heater with no problems. We really appreciated the effort, as it was the day after Christmas, and we were afraid we'd have to go without hot water for days possibly. C.J. was very polite and considerate. He was a pleasure to have in our home.
