Well, It took a while y'all but you all finally figured out why my new gas furnace wasn't working properly. It was just one of those odd kind of things, a case of trial and error; but your tenacity to figure out the problem was impressive to say the least. Who would have ever thought that a simple connector holding the main doors shut could have cause it to stop running during extreme cold, but you figured it out and it worked fine for the rest of this winter. I'm not expecting any additional problems but I know if there are any, I know I can trust McCowans. And for those reading this, when my husband died, I changed over from Oil to Gas, not knowing anything about furnaces. Mr. McCowan was a man of his word, he promise me a furnace that I could count on and he has made certain that it has! Honest people are hard to find these days but when Mr. McCowan gives his Word, he sticks to it. For that, Sir, I will always be grateful. Sincerely and Respectfully Susan Reaney
