technicians were quick to respond. however, they failed to properly diagnose and troubleshoot the issue because the issue did not duplicate in their presence. once they saw that the system was working, they didn't take the time or care to take the time to find the root cause. another AC repair company did find it even when the system was running.

My AC went out on one of the hottest evenings (97 degrees) and I was not able to reach the night on-call but left a message. This morning I had to call back 3 more times before finally getting service scheduled today. My service tech, Paul is awesome and had it repaired within 30 minutes. He's always courteous, polite, on time, etc. However, the people manning the call-ins could use a major overhaul. My ratings in the survey are excellent for the actual service technician but overall from experience I was not a happy camper.
