My AC went out on one of the hottest evenings (97 degrees) and I was not able to reach the night on-call but left a message. This morning I had to call back 3 more times before finally getting service scheduled today. My service tech, Paul is awesome and had it repaired within 30 minutes. He's always courteous, polite, on time, etc. However, the people manning the call-ins could use a major overhaul. My ratings in the survey are excellent for the actual service technician but overall from experience I was not a happy camper.
