Paul Jones finally figured out the problem. After 4 or 5 attempts to figure out why my condenser would not defrost, Paul Jones figured out the issue was in the air handler, not the condense. He opened up the air handler and tested all wiring with his meter. He found one wire was reading very low voltage and replaced it. He then checked the system to make sure the condenser would defrost as designed. Everything checked out. While Paul is positive this fixed the problem, I will make sure condenser defrosts the next time the temperature drops below freezing. Way to go Paul!!!! Mark Jackson
