Commercial HVAC Service call for a Carrier Air Handler
Refrigeration call. Found 3 beep Freeze Timer alarm. Inspected and Cleaned float switch & water inlet valve. Reset & observed sequence of operations. Discovered water pump motor not pumping, voltage at connections + over amping - propeller seized. Capacitor tested good. Inspected water deflector which had no missing fins. Water inlet valve had material past screen, not good. I.M. parts haven't been cleaned in a while. Unit is due for a thorough cleaning and sanitizing which can't be done today. This should be scheduled with office. Last time this was done was last year. Water filter is changed regularly. Went to Hoshizaki supply house and picked up pump motor & valve - replaced. Motor amped good. Brushed condenser coil. Cleaned air filter. Observed & timed unit make batch of ice. Unit is currently operational. Call is complete.
