Ryan went above and beyond. We accidentally thought the appt. was for the following day and weren't home. (Our mistake) Ryan took the time to find a cell #, called and waited for us. Wow - our bad!!!! He was thorough and very helpful, offered good recommendations. THANK YOU!!!!!
