Walked through what I had already checked, listened to what I had to say, checked a float switch after listening and found water in it which is why outside unit stopped working. I know know what a float switch is so bonus. Cleared it, showed me how to clear it and check it for future. Very friendly, respectful and nice! Highly recommend this company! Called the night before and had them at my house today. Truly fantastic! Very reasonably priced ! A/C cooling like it never stopped :)
