We had purchased a 10 year parts and labor warranty almost 10 years ago and it has been a great experience. Recently I had my evap coil go bad they replaced and covered labor, no hidden surprises. Expensive job otherwise. It’s great because if you have any concerns they come out and check it no charge if they can’t find anything wrong. Juan and John have been great. I highly recommend giving them a shot if you need HVAC assistance.
