Omar is invaluable!! Plumbers like him are rare, but Mike Diamond seems to hire people that are good plumbers. He came to our home to unstop our new toilet which was installed by a Mike Diamond plumber only days before Omar was called out. Our teenage daughter has a habit of stopping up toilets wherever she goes. When Omar arrived, he simply flushed the toilet and to my wife's surprise the clog had become unclogged on it's own. Omar could have told my wife that she still needed to have the toilet snaked but he did the honorable thing and told her that there was no problem. He confirmed there was no issue by flushing the toilet multiple times. He has all of the traits that a person would like to see in a plumber. He is enthusiastic, timely, Honest and he gave us tips on how to avoid toilet issues in the future. He did not do to us what many plumbers have done to us from other companies. He has completely gained our trust and confidence and we would be happy to have him at our home for any issues in the future. He makes it easy for us to trust plumbers from Mike Diamond Plumbing company. We were not even charged for the call out!! As long as Mike Diamond maintains this level of trustworthy plumbers, we will use them for all our future plumbing needs. Omar, we can't thank you enough for your professionalism and honesty.
