After dealing with a progressively leaking kitchen faucet, we called Mike Diamond after ordering a replacement faucet and receiving same from Home Depot. Our service person, Steve, could not have been more accommodating, extremely courteous and helpful - right from the beginning. We asked for a slightly later start time than was initially suggested and that was immediately accepted (on all three days that he came to our house). While here replacing the kitchen faucet, he discovered that the water pressure in our house was tremendously high, thus necessitating replacing a pressure regulator. Aside from most likely causing the leak in the kitchen (btw, that previous faucet was only about a year old!), Steve also discovered that there was a leak in our backyard, emanating from the sprinkler system, so he went ahead and repaired that. So, our initial call to Mike Diamond ended up being "eye-awakening" re other problems - thus the necessity for a much higher expenditure than initially anticipated. But we couldn't have asked for a better technician and we are very grateful to Steve for all of his hard work.
