Lee truly appreciate the company who dispatched a plumber who arrived within the hour to help us with clogged drain that had already flooded our garage 2 times and we’d gone through washing machine repairs which ended up not being the source of the problem! To say we were worn out of spending money to fix a problem only to have flood again after each incorrect fix! Thankfully Leo and Chris we're a breath of fresh air! They didn't mess around or waste my time with upsells (I'm not sure how I would have reacted after the rediculous no. Of repair men we dealt with the preceding few days but I doubt it would have been great! LOL Leo and Chris with knowing the extent of what I mentioned above we're as professional as it comes. They were polite, asked me before moving anything necessary to access the area and were actually happy to have me watch and explained the wear and why of our problem! They also answered the questions I asked with very good and accurate technical knowledge! sorry boys but I did sneak on a couple of questions I knew the answer to but had to check if a question I asked that could have led to simple but unnecessary upselling of unrelated and unnecessary work but nope they passed with flying colors! A+! They answered any questions thoroughly but never added on any “issues” in an unethical way as i've experienced so many times over the years. They were an excellent team and it was nice to see both of them actually doing whatever they needed to rather than one standing there doing nothing as I would be moving things or whatever was needed in other situations over the years! Nope these guys worked hard and Chris seemed to look for what needed to be done while Leo was tending to the snake! That is rarely seen and to me it is yet another example of what I look for (But sadly don't often find) in hiring my own employees! The men did successfully unclog our drain and therefore our washing machine works once again! : ) Afterward the even hosed off the garage floor to ensure none of the sludge that splashed slightly remained! That too was never asked by me but done by them as a normal part of the job! Yet another part of the job I've truly never seen any plumber or other repair technician do regardless as to the area or mess. I have been left to clean small to huge messes left time and time again Left by hundreds of repairmen over the years. I was so ecstatic over them rising off the garage floor! HaHa I know it sounds strange but it was almost a shock to see a plumber care about the way he left our home! Shouldn't be that way but it has been so many times but Not Today thanks to your company and the 2 conscience Plummer's here today! Thank you Mike Diamond, Leo, Chris and the gentleman who called to let me know they were on their way who was also as pleasant as could be! These gentlemen are an asset to your co. And a rare find these days. 😊
