Ceasar from Mike Diamond came out and did a stellar job clearing out a badly plugged drain full of my daughter’s hair and her oil painting debris. She doesn’t listen to me about covering the sink hole before cutting her hair over the sink and insists on cleaning her oil paint brushes in the sink rather than dumping it into the gutter. As bad as this sink was clogged, he got it cleared out perfectly and it’s working so well. I never thought I’d be so excited to have a clear drain, but I am!!! On top of it, he was so professional (& professionally dressed) and super sweet and didn’t behave in a judgmental way even though the house is a mess filled with empty Amazon boxes and such. He also accepted my call right after he left because I had forgotten to ask hi a question about how to avoid the clogging in the future. He wished me happy holidays to boot! Lastly, this is a GREAT deal at only $99. I didn’t pay one penny more! Very reasonable and literally the best service I’ve ever had by a plumber!
