The technician Anthony was courtesy and performed his job well and explained the clog issue and recommended the solution at the first appt. However, when he came to perform the job at the second appt during the almost two hours work, he didn’t wear the mask even I reminded him. And he wore the shoe cover walking in & out from & to my house. What’s the point to wear shoe cover? Then he finally wore the mask at the end of service while I was paying and signing the paperwork in my backyard. With the Covid-19 pandemic, technician should be very sensitive about the sanitization protocol!
