Fast and efficient. Plumber talked to me about the process and plan first, then did it. We had a clogged tub and tried Mike Diamond because they guaranteed clearing the clog or don't pay. The clog was problematic to snake because of the tortuous spill over drain set up. We had a plumbing company try and give up. Bret from Mike Diamond admitted it would be tough but "would try".
