No problem getting service within hours, maybe the next day, and being part of their "club" gives us substantial discounts, as well as a free yearly maintenance service for all three systems. We are 100% happy with Miranda, and you would be too. Today, we had Norby install a new toilet... you should see how beautiful it is.
