I scheduled an estimate visit with Steve Podesta after meeting him at the Middletown Peach Festival, where I asked him about the mini-split. The visit took place on 6 Sept, 2023 and was great. Steve analyzed the room where I'd place the mini-split, shared some options about its possible placement in the room and outside, carefully explaining how the coolent and drainage pipes would be placed/arranged coming from the room to the outside pump. He worked up a proposal with my options and provided the product literature for the units proposed. I have all I need to make a decision. I'm very satisfied with the visit. Thanks!

Club service gas warm air, changed customer supplied air filter, test ran in heat, inducer fan amps 2.6, glow bar .6, indoor fan 3.7, flame current 2.1uamps, operation normal at this point.
Club service gas warm air two systems, 2nd floor system, non repeatable coolant leaks on indoor Coil, heat exchange system very rusty, test ran, operation normal at this point. Basement and first floor system operation normal.
Upon arrival, I found the kitchen refrigerator receptacle was damaged. Voltage at receptacle was reading 42 volts. After checking electrical panel, I found the breaker was failed. After replacing breaker, the refrigerator wire was reading appropriately voltage of 120 volts. Replaced receptacle at refrigerator and installed new plate as well. All issues resolved.

No heat oil Warm air, checked system and found that the indoor fuel delivery system had failed, installed replacement and also replaced the oil nozzle, set pump pressure to 140psi, test ran. WO-TNFR249380
