I am extraordinarily pleased with the service provided by Jason and his team. From the initial set up of the project to final clean up, everything went beautifully. Everyone involved was courteous, neat and professional. I was thoroughly informed about every step of the entire installation and was involved to actually observe how the process was going. The new equipment was tested for proper operation before anyone left at the end of the installation. Jason has created thoughtful team that delivered on all his promises. Went over furnace replacement options. Dawns husband Eddy wants to look over the options when he gets home to decide what they want to do
Service: Delta T 15 degrees static pressure 1.2inWC. Refrigerant pumping system passed test at 1000 megaohms. Possible areas of concern on indoor heat exchange system. Found gas leaks coming from fuel line. Found that the outdoor electrical gateway is pitted and corroded. Changed air filter (customer supplied)

Voltage enhancement system read within factory spec blower and evaporator coil are clean wiped down unit voltage gateway looks fine operation normal at this time
Performed club rejuvenation cleaning AC heat transfer media coil system is good. Air movement system has variable speed ECM motor. Air movement blower wheel is clean free of any obstruction and spins Delta T 22 degrees split. Outdoor voltage enhancement system factory specs 45/5uf actual 44/4.88uf voltage gateway res of 19.2. Outdoor air movement system factory specs 1.1 actual .96 amps refrigerant pumping system RLA factory specs 17.9 amps actual 7.0 amps. Cleaned condenser coil checked all electrical wiring connectors and harness are tight and secured. Replaced media air cleaner filter 16X25x1 customer provided system is operating as intended at this time.
Ac club rejuvination: delta t was 16. Air movement system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern but I wiped off just in case. Air filter system was dirty but they don’t have anymore air rangers so they will order more. All wiring was clean and secure. Drain line was clean and clear of all debris. Cleaned off inside and outside of indoor unit with proper cleaner and wipes. Outdoor voltage enhancement system was running at 34.9/5uf. Factory spec is a 35/5uf. Voltage gateway system was clean and clear of all signs of concern or debris. Cleaned off inside and outside of outdoor unit. System running at normal operation at this time.
No A/C, checked system and found no line voltage to the outdoor system, breaker off. Preform safety inspection on furnace and found areas of concern on the indoor primary heat exchange system, see photos, component is still under factory warranty, however about 6 weeks out.
Performed club rejuvenation ac cleaning. Refrigerant Pumping System RLA factory specs 12.8 amps actual 4.05 amps. Air movement system factory specs 0.95 amps actual 1.06 amps. Voltage enhancement system factory specs 40/5uf actual 38/4.88uf tighten spade connectors, voltage gateway res 18.1. Cleaned condenser coil. Checked all electrical wiring connectors and harness are tight and secured Delta T 22 degrees. Indoor air movement system factory specs 8.7 amps actual 4.75 amps. Indoor voltage enhancement system factory 10uf actual 9.9uf. Air movement blower wheel is clean free of any obstruction. Heat transfer media coil system is good and clean. Checked all electrical wiring connectors and harness are tight and secured system is functioning as intended at this time.
Club furnace cleaning: heat rise 42 degrees. Filter clean. Indoor fan clean. Indoor Coil clean. Checked over all electrical connections. System is running in both first and second stage. Exhaust removal! System amps rated .5 amps actual .32. indoor fan amps 4.5 amps. Burner system clean. Cleaned flame safety system. Outdoor voltage enhancement system rated 35/5uf actual 36/5 uf and is within the allowable fault. Installed performance enhancement system.

Found bad condenser coil. Coil is leaking bottom right corner.
No A/C, checked system and found that the coolant flow system has failed, stuck in heat, equipment is 13 years old and do not recommend any repairs do to age.
