Club furnace cleaning: heat rise 42 degrees. Filter clean. Indoor fan clean. Indoor Coil clean. Checked over all electrical connections. System is running in both first and second stage. Exhaust removal! System amps rated .5 amps actual .32. indoor fan amps 4.5 amps. Burner system clean. Cleaned flame safety system. Outdoor voltage enhancement system rated 35/5uf actual 36/5 uf and is within the allowable fault. Installed performance enhancement system.

Warranty from install, filter rack has two screws that prevented the air filter removal, removed screws and tab in filter rack, see photos.
Found cover off on line set and drain line coming down exterior of house, found top plate and left side plate to have damage, found broken connector on electrical whip coming from service disconnect going to heat pump these items will need to be replaced
Furnace cleaning: heat rise was 63. Air filter system was dirty so I changed out with customers extras. Air movement system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern. All wiring was clean and secure. Drain line was clean and clear of all debris and signs concern and worry. Flame gateway system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern. Flame sensor system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern. Cleaned off inside and outside of indoor unit with proper cleaner and wipes. System was up and running at normal operation at the end of the visit. Giving customer an estimate on the Air Ranger Air Cleaner. Coil=good Heat movement=good Static pressure=good testing at 0.50 Comp.=good
Heat rise of 52 degrees. Air filter is clean. Found area of concern on heat exchanger. Red tagged system and shut gas off. Cleaned indoor and outdoor coil with chemicals. Cleaned flame safety system. Cleaned indoor fan. Outdoor voltage emhacement system is reading 36.6/3.4 mfd. Amp readings are good. Compressor passed test.
Filter looks fine getting a 30 degree heat rise Eletracal connections are tight. Voltage enhancement system read within factory spec. Blower and evaporator coil are clean. Voltage enhancement system read within factory spec. Voltage gateway looks okay Eletracal connections are tight voltage coil is clean. Operation is normal at this time.
Oil clean and service, installed replacement oil filter and nozzle, clean fire box and also flush domestic hot water heater, operation normal at this point.

Heat rise is 68 degrees. Changed air filter. Found an area of concern on heat exchanger. Shut gas off and marked furnace unsafe to operate. Cleaned indoor fan. Cleaned burner system. Cleaned flame safety system. Checked all electrical commections. Leak searched coils and found no leaks. Delta T is 18 degrees. Indoor and outdoor voltage enhancement systems are within factory spec. Amperage readings are good. Cleaned outdoor coil. Indoor coil was clean. Compressor did not pass megaohm test reading 100 megaohms and is starting to fail.
Took yard sighn sound is normal no abnormal sounds at this time
